Plan
Now that you have assessed your Club, it’s time to analyze your data, identify strengths and develop an improvement plan with your staff.
M3 Team Based Planning Tool
In partnership with Ignite Afterschool and the Sprockets Network, we are excited to offer you a planning tool that will help you incorporate multiple voices and perspectives in your data planning conversation. This tool is designed to help staff teams reflect on their team’s data and develop plans for improvement. It can be used as part of an initial planning process or to re-check data for existing improvement plans. It is designed to allow your team to have meaningful conversations about one or multiple datasets, regardless of the source of the data.
Using a learning coach framework, instructions for the process are delivered by the recorded video found below, assisted by an on-site group leader (you!) who helps to guide and facilitate your team’s conversation. Below you will find all necessary materials and the recorded instruction video. Before you get started, download the user guide for information on timing, meeting structure and material needs. We suggest that you review the full Team Based Planning Tool video prior to using it with your team.
M3 Team Based Planning Supporting Documents
Below are all of the handouts you will need to lead your team through the M3 Team Based Planning Learning Coach. Please download and print these materials before your scheduled meeting. Ensure there are enough for your entire team. As a reminder you will also want to provide copies of all your Club data.
